Pros: power, good design Cons: bulky, not as easy to store as an upright
Well, I guess me. Just got the vacuum a week ago. Usually have uprights, but partially because I was having a hard time finding any of the top rated ones in the store and partially out of curiosity, I bought this canister vac. I have to admit it is a ...
Pros: compact, great suction, rubberized wheels, easy canister cleaning, foot control for rug/floor switching Cons: short power cord, plastic hanger on wand
I was looking for a vacuum cleaner that was small, powerful, could pick up animal hair as well as the other stuff, and wouldn't make me sneeze. I never associated the Sanyo brand name with vacuums, but I do now. This is a very compact and powerful ...
Pros: on-board attachments, bagless, hepa exhaust filter to keep pollens inside the vacuum. Cons: The protrusion the main wand hangs on is plastic, may be susceptible of breaking long-term...
I have had a lot of pleasure using this vacuum the last few months. It's permanently on-board attachments mean you never misplace the crevice tool, upholstery brush head, or flat vacuum attachment that comes with it. It has great suction, and its ...
Pros: Compact- light weight- good filtration- cleans well-for average cleaning. Cons: Short cord! Inner filter clogs dust, dirt. UPDATE DECEMBER 24,2006: vacuum head broke.
I am known as the queen of vacuums- I presently own five total- both up rights and canister. I know when I like them and I know when I don't- plain and simple. I bought the Sanyo SC-X1000P canister vacuum when my Kenmore canister vacuum no ...
Pros: High Quality, powerful, innovative, and DURABLE! Cons: Short cord, attachements aren't "universal"
I bought this vacuum at a discount store that specializes in buying products from stores that close out, overstock, or just simply go out of business. I paid $129.99 CAD, and I am very satisfied with it. It is a very tough vacuum, and I beat it around ...
Pros: Umm... none Cons: Short cord, undifferentiated switches, can't handle rug edges and bumps, mediocre suction.
I read the opinions here before making my choice - the "not recommended" opinion wasn't there at the time and I wish it had been. I have 4 dogs and live in Florida where it is very sandy. The dogs aren't allowed anywhere but the vinyl flooring but ...
Pros: Ease of use. Power. Big features for reasonable price. Cons: None
I have a love/hate relationship with any vacuum that I purchase. I love them immediately because I usually wait until my last vacuum was ready for the scrap heap and then I start to hate them because they don't do everything I wanted them to do. THIS ...
Pros: Good price for HEPA vacuum, lightweight, works great on carpet Cons: Powerhead is terrible on hard floors, short cord, flimsy attachments, filters clog
If you have wall-to-wall carpet and no pets, this is probably the perfect vacuum for you! If not, read on... I read the reviews before buying this vacuum (there were only a few at the time). The cons mentioned seemed minor and I decided to try it ...
Pros: Great suction, on bare floors at least Cons: Heavy and some of the plastic parts aren't good quality
I have pets, and no rugs, so I can only speak to it's performance on bare floors. On the other hand, I also have hair on every possible surface in my house. Like some women are always on the quest for the perfect shoe, I'm always on the quest for the ...
Pros: - ??? Cons: - cumbersome, cord, suction, brush, power switch, small canister.
bought this vac after reading a few positive reviews. had a very hard time tracking one down locally, but finally found one at a Fry's (they had to transfer it from another store). felt OK at first but i don't know if that was just euphoria/new toy joy ...
Pros: lightweight, easy to use, easy to empty, quiet Cons: power brush has major design problems, hose broke after 9 months
At first, it worked great. It is light, easy to use, and it picked up a lot more than our old Hoover did. The biggest problem we have had is the power brush... sometimes, it will just quit working. Sometimes you can push down on it to get it going again, ...
Pros: A powerful, sturdy product that is easy to use. Cons: Hair snags in brush a bit.
I've had this vacuum for about a month now and I'm very pleased. I wanted a quality bagless and I spent a little more $$ because I like the sleek, modern look of this model. I personally find the activity of vacuuming quite satisfying and ...
GREAT VACUUM FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE! by lhmhthl ,Apr 19 '04
Pros: GREAT SUCTION GREAT BAGLESS TECHNOLOGY! Cons: NONE YET
This vacuum does a great job on both carpeted areas and hard
surfaces. It is easy to use the attachments and the bagless
feature is very nicely designed. It is easy to empty and
best of all not messy!(Unlike most bagless units I have
returned in the past.) The last vac we owned was an Oreck
XL2, this does a far superior job of cleaning and was less
than half the price. The deep down dirt it removes is amazing and the suction power on both surfaces is impressive! The roller brush can turn off for bare floors and the minute you
lift the power head up the roller brush shuts off. This vacuum
has made cleaning easier for us!
Pros: Strong suction, big nozzle, easy assembly and disassembly, good with cat hair. Cons: Not the best vacuum for wall to wall carpeting or large rooms.
I'm not terribly picky about vacuums other than it working well over a period of time and getting the job done.
This vacuum doesn't clog easily and works fine in an apartment with bare floors, cat hair and litter. It has a large nozzle to pick up larger stuff.
It is a full-size vacuum, not as small as it looks in the picture.
It comes apart easily and has lasted fine over the past two years.
