Pros: decent image and text quality Cons: white a bit grayish, a bit dull
Summary: I was in the market for a 20' monitor and saw tigerdirect.ca selling this unit for a good price with a $60 rebate, so I jumped in. Initially I was set for a standard (not wide) 20' monitor but for this price, I changed my mind. Images look pretty ... read more

Pros: Fabulous image quality. Good price. Widescreen format. HD compatibility. Cons: Major durability questions. Questionable customer support.
Summary: Well folks heres my story. Last December the screen on my HP Pavilion notebook went dark mere days after the expiration of the one year warranty period. After looking into various options for repair (the back light is not working) I decided that ... read more

Pros: Beautiful picture, high resolution, excellent price. Cons: First unit failed after 6 weeks. Replacement is failing after 13 months.
Summary: I bought this monitor through Costco's online website. It was simple to hook up, easy to use, and it had a bright, beautiful picture. I say had because after about 6 weeks of perfect operation, it quit working. More on that later... I tried it with ... read more

Pros: Everything you want in a Monitor Cons: None.
Summary: My loving wife vacuumed up the extension to my Great Room computer and toasted the motherboard and the LCD monitor that was there. The monitor was 4 years old so I decided to replace it with the one (17") that I had on my office system and get a newer ... read more

Pros: Bright display, great resolution Cons: kludgy menus, poor documentation, badly placed USB ports
Summary: Picked this up as a close-out at my local Sam's Club. Mine was a no-box, this-is-the-last-one special, but I was lucky enough to get all the cables and even the owner's manual. The key selling point for me in this monitor is its 1600x1200 native ... read more

Pros: Size, picture, sharpness, clarity, color, DVI/Analog/S-Video/RCA Video/Sound/USB2.0 Inputs, speakers, quality Cons: Splitting hairs -no height adjustment, price (but you get what you pay for), manual
Summary: This monitor is AMAZING... if you think making the leap from CRT to LCD is no big deal, it all depends on which monitor you have now and what are you leaping to, so to speak... Having a chance to use this monitor and compare it to others prompted me to ... read more

Pros: Bargain price, extremely sharp, built-in PS (no "brick") Cons: Tinny-sounding speakers, no height adjustment, DVI cable suspect with G5 PowerMac.
Summary: Found at SAM's club for $766 including tax and an extra year (2 total) of warranty. That was cheaper than Internet sources. Includes both VGA and DVI (yes!) cables. Plugs right into the DVI port on the Mac (ATI Radeon 8700 in my case but it's the same ... read more

Pros: Everything
Resolution
Size
Contrast Ratio Cons: No Tuner
Didn't come with DVI-cable
Summary: This is the best item, it has a very good resolution. The blue led is awesome. I would definitely buy another one if I had more money. It is very cheap compared to others and its better quality. It even has speakers. It does take like 5-10 minuets to set

Pros: Great monitor, when brand new. Cons: Unreliable firmware, and lifetime of one year only
Summary: I bought 2 monitors in Dec 2004, and the monitors worked for the first year. Since then, they slowly developed what looked like sync problems when cold, and on bright screens. I thought my power supply was choking, so I got a dual DVI card with a power

Pros: Great image, lots of options, built-in speakers Cons: No user manual, poor quality, bad warranty
Summary: I bought the Sceptre X20G-Naga II just over a year ago, and right after the skimpy one-year warranty expired so did the monitor. This apparently is not uncommon, judging from similar experiences to be found on the web. The monitor itself was great

Pros: Great price. Nice image quality. Cons: No way to turn off the "Sceptre" lighted nameplate on front of monitor.
Summary: I purchased this monitor at Costco for $369.00 It's a very attractive price so I popped for it. I am not disappointed. This monitor supports numerous resolutions. For those of you who cannot support the higher resolutions, it does support 1024x768.

Pros: Nice monitor when it works. Cons: Sceptre does not care about its customers.
Summary: The monitor is feature packed and has a sharp display. Now for the bad news. Two months after I got the monitor, it would no longer turn on. I took several days of calling and leaving messages which were NEVER returned, until I somehow reached a live

Pros: Run two computers on one monitor at once, or as a PIP TV. Cons: Speakers are not the best, but that is what 7.1 sound is for.
Summary: I bought this product from Newegg.com. It has a ton of features. It is easy to setup and looks great. My monitor did come with 3 dead pixels, but at 1600 X 1200, I can't see them unless I try to. to see all the specs, visit Sceptre's home page:
