  • Excellent product

    Jun 13 '05
Pros: Superior quality, value, features, and ease of use.
    Cons: None

Summary: This Sharp TV, and likely all of its close cousins in various sizes and speaker configurations, is a truly excellent product. Everything about it is superior, especially the picture and sound quality, build quality, visual style, number of inputs, and ...

  • Excellent picture, but better control of aspect ratio would be nice.

    Mar 30 '05
    Pros: Sharp crisp picture.
Cons: Aspect ratio zoom function disabled for HD inputs.

Summary: Outstanding picture; good dynamic range, vibrant colors, minimal ghosting. After setting color temperature to a low number, there was almost zero tweaking to get the Digital Video Essentials test images to balance and match appropriately. The ...

  • Just 4 Months Old and Broken Seems to be a Trend

    Sep 11 '04
Pros: Styling, Looks great, Nice remote, Nice Sound System of course only when it was working

Summary: I have had my Sharp Aquos LC-32G4U for about four months and am wishing I had bought the Sony or Toshiba. The packaging was decent and the setup was fairly user friendly. The first thing I noticed was that the control unit fan is annoyingly loud when ...

  • Excellent Image!

    Oct 18 '04

Cons: Remote seems too sensitive for cable box

Summary: After visually comparing many brands at circuit city, best buy, etc., I decided that the Sharp Aquos had the blackest black, vivid colors, and high resolution. Initial set up and install probably took an hour, but was straight forward. I don't

  • Beautiful TV, but it broke

    Aug 28 '04
    Pros: Beautiful picture, good sound
    Cons: Expensive, power supply failed

Summary: I'm updating my review of this TV. The power supply failed on the unit, but Sharp was quite good about having it serviced. The repair shop also updated the software, as it had been fixed since the TV was released. Overall, the TV is excellent.
