This commericial unit is easy to use, simple programable quick cook buttons. Stainless inside walls easy to clean.
VERY powerfull! I think mine is more than 2000 watts. It cooks MUCH MUCH faster than conventional microwaves for the home. It is rated double the power of conventional home models but let me assure you that it cooks more than twice as fast.
The door is plastic which is a dissapointment but has not caused a problem. The handle is plastic (chrome covered) which is also dissapointing for a $1000 + unit.
The interior/cooking size is small for this price.
It continues to run the noisy fan after you finish cooking and close the door. Good for cooling the unit off but bad if you like peace and quiet.
Much noisier than conventional home units.
