Pros: 1.5GB SD expandable MP3 player, digital FM stereo receiver & transmitter, dual headphone jacks Cons: Big size, 20 seconds to boot up, no voice/FM record, poor instruction manual, WiFi.
Why did I buy it? Although my wife is too bashful to admit it, I knew she needed a new car. So recently I purchased her a Nissan Murano. She loves it and is quite content tooling around town. It came with all the optional features and upgrades ...
Pros: The only solution for free automatic TIVO-radio. Cons: Battery life.
I bought the Aireo for a fairly specific purpose - to use as a Radio TiVO in my car. Since I commute at irrregular hours, even if I had satellite radio, I might not catch the shows I like. So - I set up my desktop PC (using a program called ...
Pros: Transmits to your car FM No more Disc changers!!, 2 headphone jacks, best newest technology. Cons: Battery life, slow downloads, Bulky
I give this product a 7 out of 10 based on the fact that it can transmit FM. If you are a serious audio file you might want to skip. This is not precision sound. There is mild electronic background noise, not incredibly noticeable but still ...

Total Crap-already through two hard drives only had it 2 months by creaturemaker ,Feb 24 '05
Pros: huh? Cons: see review!
Look, this system is horrible. Sure it has some relatively cool bells and whistles. But, none of that matters if the thing keeps breaking!!I had to send it back twice to get repaired. All i do is turn it on and the hard drive goes.
Plus when you do get it to work it takes HOURS to hook to your wep based network and HOURS to upload songs.
Battery does not last that long either maybe 4-5 hours using the FM transmitter.
Their customer service is horrible. It takes a long time for them to get back to you. They won't make any concessions even though their product cost a lot for it's quality.
They use DHL ground to ship back, which they say takes 3-5 days. Not true, DHL says it takes 6 days and since there are no six day work weeks it takes at least 8 days.
I bought the system on the Jan 5th, sent it in Jan. 31, they sent me a new one had that one for 2 1/2 weeks and that died.
All I can say is p.u.!! Save your money buy an IPod
Fair system, bad drives, no support by rodaan ,May 05 '05
Pros: functions as designed. Connects fairly simply to computer Cons: Hard drives have high failure rate. Company will not honor warranty. Too bad
I bought 3 of these new. 2 in Dec for Christmas gifts, 3rd in Feb for friend. First drive failed after two months they will not repair because I didn't buy from authorized dealer. 3rd unit drive failed in two weeks. This one was purchased from authorized dealer. Soniqcast won't honor warranty on this either. they say dealer was sold out before I purchased so I couldn't have bought from dealer. Lies. I purchased from Consumer Solutions (an authorized dealer at the time)in Feb. They have put bad drives with high failure rate into their system and don't want to go through the expense of replacing drives and shipping cost. Not an honorable company
Pros: wireless for in the house, easy interface, portable. Cons: Hard to upload mp3's, doen't sound good in the car, too much interference.
This is a pretty good player but the FM transmitter hardly works and I find I can't listen to it in the car. Also the battery dies in only a couple of hours. It doesn't support files from itunes it only takes playlists from musicmatch software. It's a decent and reasonably priced player if you only plan on making mp3 from your own cd's but i think it's too difficult for internet mp3's. it will not play any secure mp3's. I'm not sorry i bought it but I am sorry they didn't make it more user friendly.
