I received this television in 2000 as my first set ABOVE 13". I've been using it daily for cable viewing, video games and DVDs since Christmas 2000 and I have only had some minor problems. The set refused to turn on one evening, possibly due to a faulty power strip, I'm not quite sure. The picture is brilliant and very easy to adjust (with four customizable settings). The sound is decent but can be enhanced with the RCA audio outputs located on the rear (a feature the newer incarnation lacks). If you can still find this model, pick it up, it sports a much classier cabinet design than the newer models (although the current KV-27FS120 has a similar design).

I had own this TV for about 5 years now.It has never been a problem. I would buy another one.I only buy Sony TVs.
