Pros: Great picture and good sound. Multi-function remote control. Cons: Weighs 200+ lb, and takes up a fair amount of space.
Summary: I purchased this TV at Best Buy for a price of $999. I have owned it for almost a month now, and I must say that I am very happy with the choice. Sony makes some great products, but I had not seen anything spectacular about this particular model. All ... read more

Pros: Great Picture, easily navigated menus Cons: Alternate audio options are a little confusing, price tag
Summary: When my husband came home with a receipt in his hand for this television, I was naturally alarmed at the price. $1200 is a lot to pay for a television, but I find it is easier not to argue, so I thought I would give it a chance. When it did arrive a few ... read more

Pros: 16/9 Compression, Stylish silver color, design allows for easier handling, SONY quality Cons: Heavy (220 lbs), expensive for non-HDTV
Summary: I bought this TV on Friday at Best Buy. One of the things that attracted me to it was the silver design, which matches nicely with my SONY home theater system, the D-1700 unit. I was comparing this to a flat screen 36" Toshiba but the 16:9 compression ... read more

Pros: Flat screen. Clear picture. Several input/output connectors Cons: HEAVY (250+ lbs)! Sensitive to sunshine.
Summary: I bought this television about 15 months ago after seeing it at a coworker's house. The picture was sharp, the sound was great, and DVD's looked wonderful, even in letterbox.

Pros: big, flat, bright Cons: needs some adjustment, heavy
Summary: Very nice TV. Super flat, no reflections. I looked at a lot of TVs before buying, including projection. A tube TV is so much brighter then a projection that in most environments the tube wins. Very bright and clear. Great for DVDs, and regular TV ... read more

Summary: For all of you BIG BROTHER Fans, Curtis had a reason to be so excited about winning the TV on the show! He won a 31' one and I have a 36' one but I think the quality is about the same.

Pros: GREAT DVD PICTURE, SATISFACTORY CABLE, Cons: VERY HEAVY, ONE PERSON CANNOT LIFT THIS TV (170+ POUNDS), NO BACKLIGHTED REMOTE
Summary: Well I just turned on my new 32" TV and let me tell you, it has one of the best pictures I have ever seen (excluding HD). I have read comments on geometry and blur spots in the corners which kept me away from buying one for a while. But since the ... read more

Pros: Excellent Image Quality, Component Video Inputs Cons: Weight, Price
Summary: I went to the store with my wife assuming we would spend $300 or so on a conservative 27" TV. We looked at all of them and came upon the Sony "Wega". It didn't take long for us to ignore our original assumptions and dive head first into ... read more

Pros: ...Amazing picture, great in every way... Cons: ...Expensive, heavy...
Summary: ...When I saw this TV for the first time on paper, I thought that it's a royal waste of money. I mean, for it's price, you are heading into the territory of larger big-screen projection TV's, and bigger is better, right? Well, after seeing this TV ... read more

Pros: Beautiful rich colors, flat screen Cons: pricey, heavy
Summary: This Sony is superb. I was going to get the KV-35V42 but when I saw the KV-36FS10, I knew I had to buy it. The price difference between the two was about 500 bucks. It retails for $1599, but I got it on sale for $1329 at circuit city. What makes this ... read more

Pros: Excellent, if "different" picture Cons: Heavy (240 lbs); standard remote
Summary: This Sony Wega (KV-36FS10) is one of those love it or hate it products.

Pros: Great sound and picture. Cons: Heavy SOB.
Summary: I've bought my KV-FS100 3 years ago for $1000.00 and have had no problems with it at all, even the remote still works great. It is very heavy and awkward to carry so moving it isn't fun.
