Pros: Very cool looking stroller. Lightweight, big basket. Cupholder for MOM! Cons: Doesn't allow baby to face you without car seat.
Ok, I admit that I am totally opposed to the standard dark blue baby stroller. I wanted something a little different when I went looking for my stroller. That's when I found the Peg Perego Atlantico. Not only is this stroller lightweight with lots of...
Pros: Easy to push, See thru hood, adjustable handle bar, rain cover, leg extension Cons: Details that we find so neat on other strollers are in need of improvement.
The new color (sky blue) is awesome-very unisex. The new cup holder/misc holder is brilliant (what I really liked about other strollers) aside from the unpredictable disengagement when not in use.
Pros: Very comfortable and safe for baby, large enough to fit a toddler, removable plush boot Cons: Expensive, large when folded, heavy
After using our Evenflo Travel System for the first 6 months of our baby's life with success, we had to find out that once our son had outgrown the car seat, riding in the actual stroller was not as easy and pleasant as we hoped it would be. Off we went...
Pros: VERY stylish!
EASILY maneuvered.
Relatively lightweight. Cons: A little tricky to open/close.
Product took a while to come from Italy.
All in all I think this stroller is TERRIFIC! It really is beautiful - I have the Sable Gray/Black. Nothing beats it as far as looks go. It's VERY sturdy. It's so easy to push and turn with one hand. The rear struts are a nice feature to reduce...
Pros: Plush, comfy ride for your little one Cons: Bulky, heavy, smallish basket, expensive
I spent the first six months of my baby's life using the dream combo of the Fisher Price Stay in View carseat and the Kolcraft Universal Carseat carrier, but all good things come to an end, and he eventually outgrew that dynamic duo. The time allowed my...
Pros: Stroller has great maneuver, doesn't weigh much, and an extremely comfortable ride for the baby. Cons: Awkward when opening and material seems to rip easily.
After shopping for many strollers, this is the only one that seems to meet most of my needs. It collapses and stands very easily without scratching the tray. It has a great recline position especially for sleeping babies. It maneuvers EXTREMELY well...
Pros: great for tall parents, sturdy, easy to use Cons: cup holder not deep enough,
My husband and I are both tall (6'6" and 5'8")and this stroller was one of the few we tried that was tall enough for both of us. With the height adjustable handle, it fits both of us. The other factor that makes it nice for tall parents is the brake...
Nice but not very durable by mymoneygoes ,Jan 21 '07
Pros: good look and cozy Cons: cheaply made and customer service is bad.
I really like the style and how cozy it is for my daughter. But I am having SO MANY problems with it! The fabric on the hood has a very cheap lining, which tears really easily and the side cracked when my husband tried to fold it up. I was further disappointed that when I called Peg Perego, THEY WOULDN'T TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM! I couldn't believe it! I have used this stroller, maybe 6 times TOTAL and I am one of those people who keeps my things in perfect condition. Peg Perego told me they wouldn't cover it and I have to buy another one! As if! So, due to this, I am no longer a peg perego customer. Be careful of what you purchase, because their customer service is pretty bad. Especially given the cost of their items!
Pros: Large basket, cup holders, steers easily (even with one hand), large seat, huge sun canopy Cons: It's a bit cumbersome to fold up, and it's a little pricey
This stroller has everything I've been looking for: sturdiness, large basket, cup holders for me and baby, large seating area, lays almost flat, 5 point harness, easy one-touch brakes, and more stuff than I can list here. Peg Perego has really done an awesome job on this stroller! And for a full-size stroller with tons of features, it really doesn't weigh all that much. I had the hardest time finding a stroller with everything I wanted -- I was always having to compromise and give up one feature to gain another -- but the Atlantico really has everything. And I love it that it stands up by itself when it's folded -- no more bending over!
Pros: lightweight, maneuvers well, good choice of fabrics and colours Cons: price, not easy basket access with carseat attached, cup holder falls off, read review
We purchased the stroller mostly because of it's light weight design and maneuverability. We have used it now for 5 months and are thinking about selling it.
We have found that the plastic arms and parts scratch easily. The cup holder gets in the way of adjusting the handle position and sometimes falls off. When the car seat is attached it is very difficult to access the basket underneath.
We have also found that the stroller doesn't snap together easily on setup, requiring that we push each side support to snap together (can catch skin...ouch!).
Collapsing the stroller is not consistently easy; sometimes sticking or failing to collapse all together.
Not to be completely negative...but I think that it isn't worth the price!
Best stroller you can buy! by stroller_queen ,Mar 14 '04
Pros: Parent and child tray, large basket, easy to steer, adjustable handle, nice fabric Cons: It isnt great in the snow, but its not supposed to be a 4x4
I bought the atlantico when my son was a year old, and I wish it was the first stroller I bought. I had gone through 6 other strollers before finally finding everything I wanted in the atlantico. This stroller has every feature you could ask for, parent tray, child tray, adjustable handle, fully reclining seat, adjustable foot rest, large basket, its easy to steer, even one handed and folds easily. The only down side is that baby cant face you unless they are in a carseat. The fabric is beautiful and plush, and peg perego is such a high quality product, you know you will have years of use ahead of you with their strollers.
