Pros: Really keeps things cold. Looks great; easy to clean.
Cons: It's still pretty darn expensive.

Summary: I entered into the SubZero world very reluctantly. I was remodeling my kitchen back in 2000 and, it being a galley kitchen, was limited in terms of space. The final design required a refrigerator that sat at counter-depth (24"). I researched and ... read more

Cons: Needs separate freezer and fridge controls. Is expensive to run and maintain. Never again.

Summary: I have the refrigerator top and the freezer on the bottom. It came highly recommended however it is not an item to have if you need to get something from the back of the bottom of the freezer and you have bad knees. Even the maid has to sit on the floor ... read more

    Cons: expensive, expensive, expensive

Summary: I did a lot of research on refrigerators & at first was very wary to spend soooo much money. But this has been a fabulous purchase. I love it; it's beautiful, works really well, is unobstrusive in size & sound, & is easy to clean. I'll never go back.

Pros: Looks great in a custom kitchen.
Cons: Terrible machine. Does not work. A huge money pit.

Summary: I have four Sub-zero refrigerators in my home, including one 24 inch high freezer. This freezer has only given me problems. First the door was not closing properly so I had to pay $250 for a new door closer. Then I was told I needed to replace the seal
