iD Tech Camps - Cal Lutheran University

Pros: Lots of fun playing video games, outdoor games, riddles, etc. Lots of good techie instructors!
Cons: You won't burn as many calories as you might at a sports camp.

I've worked at this camp for two summers. What I am most impressed by is seeing students who have a hard time succeeding in school classrooms really being able to focus on their project and learn a lot about software. I think there is a lot to be said for capturing their interest in video games and webpages. But also, it is great that students are self-propelled in project-based learning!
