Cons: terrible service, low quality, inefficient water removal during permanent press wash cycle

We needed to buy a unit with internal heating element and thought that this unit was offer the feature which we wanted. The unit was purchased in December 2005.

The unit starting malfunctioning in September 2006 when the drum stopped turning during both wash and spin cycles. Few weeks earlier we also noticed a minor crack in the loading door which caused the door not closing tightly all around the unit and minor water leaks during the cycles.

The company was able to dispatch a technician only one week after the service call. It took about one hour of being transferred between different customer service representatives to schedule the appointment with the technician.

Door damage was treated as a cosmetic defect and was not covered by the warranty.
