Pros: All Around amazing performer in Games Multimedia and PDA Functionality in an AWESOME formfactor Cons: Lacking extensive AAA Gaming Library and Power/Charging Accessories - thats about it
I have had more than a years experience with the tapwave zodiac palm pda. It is in my opinion the greatest palm in existance when I got it and still is today nearly 2 years old even when comared to palms released today and including most if not all ...
Pros: Does everything you could want a PDA to do Cons: Company that makes it has gone under
I had an old Palm V for a couple of years that I used almost exclusively for reading books. In the spring of 2005, my husband suggested that I should look around for something with more features since there were so many new models to choose from. He ...
Pros: Solid design, Bluetooth 1.1 support, beautiful screen, good battery life, decent games. Cons: Poor HotSync/Charge connection, metal case scratches/chips easily, right shoulder button issues, cheasy flip cover.
I've had my Tapwave Zodiac 2 for almost a year now, and have had a chance to learn a lot about the device. There are some things I still love about the device, and others that I still do not like. Let me start off with the things I like. The design of ...
Pros: Great screen. Cool shape. Some great games. Cons: No quality control, horrible support, horrible company attitude.
This is a hard one, boys and girls. The unit specs are fantastic. Analogue controller, PalmOS, lots of RAM (128 megs), good processor, fantastic screen (480X320, bright, clear), dual SD expansion (1 SDIO), cool housing shape. And there are some great ...
Pros: Super battery life with every feature you can imagine. Very fast, mostly meant for games. Cons: There is nothing wrong with the Zodiac2, it is basically perfect.
This is the best personal digital assistant ever, and it has every feature you can imagine. It has amazing battery life and is super fast. It is mostly meant for games, and has about any game you can imagine. This personal digital assistant is also a speaker phone, with the best technology out of all personal digital assistants. It is the latest personal digital assistant system and comes from Asia.
Pros: EXTREMELY versatile Cons: Screen is a tad dark for me & cords need to be plugged in carefully.
This PDA is definitely worth considering. It's versatile and fun. I use it for music, photos, games, plus the usual PDA functions (Palm OS). Screen layout can go either landscape or portrait. The PDA is most comfortable to use in the landscape layout.
The joystick is a little weird, but I'm not a gamer so try it for yourself.
I've got pictures of the grandkids loaded on it. Even the bad photos look pretty good. I'm waiting for my new card to try the music function, but I've heard good things.
The only real drawbacks I've noticed are:
- the Hotsync & power cords take a little care to get plugged in correctly.
- could use a bit more brightness to the screen, but that may be my 52-year-old eyes. I've noticed a few other things are darker than they used to be.
You won't be happy with it if you absolutely need your PDA & phone combined, but everyone else is likely to be pretty satisfied.
