    Pros: Very flexible interface and maximum flexibility in programming the remote
    Cons: Software support so bad it cripples the product.

    Summary: URC, the manufacturer, does not allow users to download software updates more recent than May 2007, unless the software is obtained from an "authorised" dealer. I purchased my remote on eBay. Obtaining a new or used remote from another user prevents you
