This oven is a bear to clean. The elements are exposed, so it takes some effort to clean under them. Spills drip onto the elements, too.

Exposed elements...OUCH! Have been burned several times, not to mention lots of scorched oven mitts.

This thing rattles like crazy when using the convection setting.

Next time I'll go with Farberware...had one at home and one on my tugboat. Easy to clean and no burns. Big, too.

Stopped working only after 2 years of light duty home use. The unit is very expensive. One would thing that the product would be better built for the money paid.

Cons: Rattles a bit - not enough to bother me, tho.

Purchased this oven to replace my standard gas wall oven.  Works GREAT!!  I don't need a big oven - Turkey once every 2 or 3 years, occasional large ham - I have an electric roaster and several large crock pots to cover that.  I make cookies, pizza, bake casseroles, anything the size of 1/4 sheet pan or less.  Controls are wonderful. 

I do not miss my old oven at all.  I am much more likely to use this oven that the old one - this doesn't heat up the entire kitchen and I saved on gas bill - that old pilot was burning $5+/month in natural gas.
