Pros: So simple anyone can make their own perfect waffles. Easy clean up. Cons: Initial investment is high. Bulky. Timer could go longer.
This is my favorite Christmas present! I too was mortified at restaurants charging $5.95 for one waffle when a stack of pancakes is $3.95. But when I used our old waffle iron the waffles were disappointing, took a long time to make, stuck to the ...

Pros: Fast and super easy, big Belgian style waffles! Cons: Beeper stopped working at times after few months, handlebar stand broke.
I have a confession to make. Yes, I'm guilty of watching those Shopping Channels on TV now and then. And many of the gadgets in our house are from QVC or HSN and this waffle maker is no exception. About a month ago we were watching smiley people ...

Pros: excellent performer; easy to use and clean Cons: signals done slightly before I like (being picky)
After seeing the reviews here, being fed up with the previous wafflemaker, and finding it at a store where I had a 20% off coupon, I decided to take a chance and try this unit. I make my own batter and need a unit that will do it justice. I was very ...

Pros: Easy to use, construction is very sturdy & durable. Controls are intuitive. Cons: Drip tray should be larger, takes up large amount of storage space
I purchased the Waring MMK300 waffle maker for my wife's birthday based on reviews that I found on EPINIONS. I can say without hesitation that this user community steered me in the right direction. This waffle iron delivers hot tasty waffles ...

Pros: yummy waffles
easy to use and quick to clean up Cons: heavy
takes up a lot of room
high price tag
Ok, I admit it. I am a kitchen gadget junkie. I own way too many appliances and my counters are cluttered. My garage is packed with the appliances that dont fit on my counters. I bought this Waring Professional waffle maker after our family went on a ...

Pros: Fast, simple, easy and perfect waffles. Cons: Beeps are a little loud and can't be cancelled.
There's an On/Off toggle, two lights (On and Ready), a temperature dial and a handle for turning the suspended waffle iron. Nothing on this device is superfluous. (though I suppose to be a true minimalist device, the base could be thinner) So far, ...

Pros: Great waffles, never sticks even for low carb/healthy waffles Cons: Price is high (but worth it), outside gets a bit hot
SUMMARY The Waring WMK300 Professional Belgian Waffle Maker turns out perfectly browned, light, fluffy waffles every time, even with low carb and multi-grain batter. Cleanup is also very easy - fewer crevices means that you don't spend hours ...

Pros: 1200 watts of heat, easy to clean, temp. control, ready light with alert beeper. Cons: It can be combersome to store.
After purchasing "other brand" waffle makers (a total of three), and having to take them back due to poor performance, I finally invested in the Waring WMK 300. The waffles where perfect!! I was very happy with the ability to control the ...

Pros: Professional grade waffle, ease of use and clean up, durable. Cons: None
We have a twelve room Inn in the Adirondacks and we were using a "professional" waffle maker ($750) that was loaned to us as long as we purchased the mix from a supplier. Last summer we decided to stop purchasing the mix and had to look for a substitute ...

Pros: Ease of use Cons: "Must" use some sort of release agent in order to use correctly
I bought this product because of the ease of use and the reputation that a waffle maker that flips 180* makes them a lot fluffier. When I went on vacation this year some of the hotels that I stayed in had flip waffle makers that looked very similar to ...

Pros: Good crisp waffles at first. Cons: Smoking after power was turned off. Unsafe.
I purchased this waffle iron about three or four years ago (not too long after it came out). Except for the last six months, it worked perfectly. It turned out crisp on the outside and very tender on the inside waffles. I absolutely loved it. For the ...

Pros: Looks pretty Cons: I only made three waffles before it died. Potential electrical hazard.
When I turned on my new waffle maker (Waring WMK300) it beeped 6 times like is was supposed to once it was hot. I made my first waffle, with yeast-risen batter prepared the night before. The timer beeped 3 times to let me know it was done. It was ...

Motel Continental Breakfast Quality Waffles at Home
by defenbaugh ,Mar 01 '07
Pros: Ease of use and cleaning. Simple quality construction. Cons: Can't find any.
A feature I look for in motels is a continental breakfast with the Belgian waffle maker. We bought the Waring WMK300 for it appeared to be like the motel's. It is not as sturdy, but plenty sturdy for single daily use. Very few appliances live up to my expectations, but this one does and exceeds expectations. Cleaning is a snap. Warm up is quick. I mix a pancake/waffle mix in a single waffle proportion while grill is warming up, pour my contents on grill, get syrup, butter, plate, knife and fork out and the waffle is ready. Remove waffle, push griddle back to resting, eat my waffle and clean the grill once weekly. Life is good!

The KING of all waffle makers...
by effe ,Aug 29 '04
Pros: Ease of clean up, timer, adjustable browning element, style Cons: None. The exterior gets a little hot, but that's why it has a handle.
Basically we got tired of take out waffles from Bob's ($4.49 a pop). We would get them home and they would be soggy and so on and so on. Two weekends and four batches of waffles later - we are about to break even on our investment. This is my 2nd best kitchen appliance purchase ever. It has a certain art-deco, retro, industrial look and feel to it. Yes, you can look manly making waffles. Dunky would be proud. This thing makes you want to eat waffles. I love it. Best of all, it's fool proof, it makes you make wonderful waffles (to all taste - the adjustable browning element is superb) and it cleans up quite easily. I researched numerous other waffle makers before making this purchase and I have no regrets. It's a great little machine.
