We visited the Graeter's store at Kings Island and the service was appalling! The very, very slow service was conducted by unfriendly employees and the store was filthy. Not what you'd expect from Graeter's. Improvements need to be made immediately; but for now, don't go anywhere near the Graeter's at Kings Island!
