My family eats at Sirloin Stockade around once a month. There is always something for everyone's taste on the all you can eat buffet. The salad items are fresh and the containers are refilled constantly. The rolls are "to die for"! The menu entrees...

Pros: Lots of choices, low price, Buffet is complete meal, optional steak.

The Sirloin Stockade is a nice place to eat if you want a good steak, or just a buffet with alot of choices.

It has all the basic entree's, usually something like Speghetti, Tacos, Brisket, Chicken, Fish. Theres usually a lot to choose from...

Pros: food was fair and freshly cooked
Cons: I don't condone dishonesty and they obviously practice it.

I stopped at the Sirloin Stockade in Rolla Missouri tonight and got in just before the 4:00 cutoff for lunch. When I got to the counter, I was told her register said it was 4:04. The charged me the dinner price, even though I told her her register was fast. The extra few dollars aren't any big deal, I won't go back where the are obviously shaving a few bucks by setting their clocks ahead. They stiffed at least four groups ahead of me as well. Food was fair at best, I won't go back.

Pros: Healthy food at a decent price
Cons: If you have a smorgasbar favorite, it may or may not be served that day

I've got to say there are vegetables at Sirloin!! Yay to all of you that enjoy them. :) The smorgasbar allows you to make your own salads, as well as choose between spaghetti, chicken, tacos, soups, dinner rolls, broccoli with cheese sauce, carrots, corn, potatoes and gravy (just to name a few of a slightly changing menu). They also offer deserts, at no extra cost, for pies, cake, cookies and make your own sundaes with three topping choices. :) An all you can eat bar, that depending at the time of day, can make it difficult to find a chair!!

Pros: They serve steak and all the fixin's.
Cons: They're still open for business.

We took my mother there for her birthday. Bad mistake. The steak was so thin you could read through it. The buffet was bland at best. Even the salad sucked. It was nowhere fresh or crisp. As for the prices, overcharged for low grade food. My advice: eat anywhere else.
