Great for distributed sales force

Pros: Easy to use, Priced right, Flexible and no learning curve.
Cons: Does not integrate to desktop email (currently 4/19/04)
This service is great for the distributed sales force. It is very easy to use. Also is very easy to customize.

A thing you'll find very useful in this software is the fact that it is easy to get to the data you are looking for. I've found that most other systems are very hard to "work". Using filters, sorts, and your own columns makes it really easy to get to your data.
