One can not overstate the importance of the all England club not only to tennis but also England itself. Tennis characterises England itself, the delicousy of the sport. Wimbledon's association with the royal family is possibly one of the vital ingredients of it's charismatic charm. It would be the perfect venue for a successful English Grand Slam Player, which is possibly why it's such a shame that us Brits only have Tim Henman.
