Pros: spacious, lively, cool idea, other stores than the arena, natonal Gallery is awesome, next to the subway, plenty of action always happening like games and concerts, WWF wrestling comes often
Cons: national Gallery is beat up, most of DC's teams suck, parking is expensive, tickets are expenisve
