Pros: Nice workers Cons: Bathrooms
Madison Square Garden is a well-structured building with great service. The workers are very nice and although you may encounter a rude service worker, generally the people are nice. I often come here for concerts and occasionally Knicks games. From the...

Pros: The Place to Be Cons: Upstairs could give you a nosebleed
If you have read me before, I am a New Yorker, one slight problem I have with the Garden is for whatever reason I am an Islander fan so the home of the Rangers makes it hard for me to say, oh MSG fantastic. I do love the Knicks though, I was around for...

Pros: Nice seating, good environment, good food Cons: New York Knicks, nasty crowd at times
Ahhh good old MSG, when they say it is the most "famous arena" I can see why. I bought tickets to see the Knicks verse Lakers game, but I had bought them late, so the seats were way up on the third deck. I had only been to MSG twice before,...

Pros: Easy access by subway Cons: Not easy access by Car
I've been to Madison Square Garden for many things in my life. Knicks games, Rangers games, WWF events, Red Storm games, and all these times I had a very good time. The arena is easily accesible by subway, but not by car. The prices are a little...

Pros: The history of the arena overwhelms you. Cons: Hard to get into and very expensive to get tickets.
Madison Square Garden, "The World's Most Famous Arena", is very beautiful on the inside and the outside. However, getting into the arena is an adventure. It's difficult to find an entrance. Once inside it's well lit and easy to find your seat thanks to...

Pros: NONE Cons: EVERYTHING
Madison Square Garden is hands down the worst arena in the country. For starters, it is filled with loud, annoying, cocky new yorkers. Second, it is probably the most overpriced arena in the nation. With ticket prices averaging 40 dollars, and a hot dog...

Given the OK from a Boston Fan
by boozzer420 ,Jun 30 '04
Pros: Atmosphere, People, Food, Getting there Cons: Out Dated, Crowded Outside, $$
Not knowing what to expect being from Boston, MSG was a pleasant experience. I went to both the Theatre and the actual Arena and both I felt were great experiences. The people who work there were very friendly and had no problem helping me find things such as bathrooms and my seats. It was a little outdated but being from boston and having Fenway, it looked fine to be. I don't know if I'd call it the Most Famous Arena just because I don't feel as though it's big enough to be called that. The food and drinks were good but outrageously priced. Overall I had a pleasent time with the crazy New Yorkers

Ugh
by danielday ,Dec 03 '03
Pros: None. Cons: See above.
Terrible arena. Nasty layout, boring atmosphere, and the fans are the types of guys who eat bloody chunks of raw meat for every meal. I brought my kids there to see the circus and had to protect them from drunks, junkies, loudmouth scumbags and all sorts of trashy people. The teams that play there are also disgraces to their respective sports and anybody who likes those teams probably has a single-digit IQ. Never ever visit this place. What a dump.
