Pros: Good programming during regular season Cons: Don't like the "Block Party Summer"
I just saw a commercial that Nick At Nite's "Block Party Summer" is going to start this Sunday, July 2, 2000.
For anyone who hasn't experienced this so called "party", Nick At Nite has done this every year for at least the...

Pros: Promotes learning and caring Cons: Does have commercials, but not in middle of Nick Jr. shows.
I have a 3 year old daughter who watches Nick Jr. in the mornings. She loves to play along with Blue's Clues. And I have been finding her recreating the stories from Franklin lately. Maybe a budding actress?! They are very wholesome shows. The best...

Pros: educational, fun, entertaining, caters to a wide range of ages Cons: shows are sometimes at inconvienient times
This network is very entertaining and educational. My kids love it. This network is different from all the rest because instead of having all "boring" educational shows, my kids are learning tons of interesting things while having fun doing it....

Pros: good cartoons. Cons: don't know of any.
We love Nick in our household. You just can't find very many good cartoons on network TV anymore. Bugs Bunny and the Road Runner were our favorites but they are hard to find and not to long. So thank goodness for Nick.
They have great shows...

Pros: Some original programming mostly suitable for children and adults of all ages. Cons: Erratic programming schedule: frequently disappointing and unreliable in this aspect. Unfair to some shows.
OH, how fondly I remember the Nickelodeon from my youth...It used to be back in the day when Nickelodeon was original, innovative, and a small, struggling network that managed somehow to shine above the rest. Nickelodeon was once a brave network: not...

Pros: Something for everyone, wholesome programming Cons: None
When I was younger, I watched many of the Nick toons. Nothing could keep me away from that TV screen when one of my favorite shows were on. Now that I am older, I see that my little sisters are the same way.
The shows that are available for...

Pros: Wide variety of fun for all ages! Cons: I have not found any yet!
Well what can I say about "Nick"! I would prefer that my children read books, play games or get interested in music, but since that is not the way it goes in my home, I guess my children watching "Nick" is a close running. ...

Nick is a station that is made for children. During the day it has cartoons for small children because everyone else is in school. These shows are meant to be fun and to teach children things like numbers and other basic skills that are important....

Pros: Wonderful morning programs Cons: Extreemly Poor viewing choices for afternoons and early evening
I have to admit, The Nickelodeon Channel is on pretty much most of the time in our house. It's usually turned on first thing in the morning when my older girls are getting ready for school and the little ones need to be occupied for an hour or so. Of...

Pros: Very good programing Cons: Not all kids like this network
This is a very semi-educational progrmam to let the kids watch because it has cartoons and others shows such as ones that help kids figure out problems and common errors. I let my kids watch all the time because they like nickelodeon. It doesn't have...

Pros: Not only is it for children 5 and up but it also includes Nick Jr . for preschoolers and Nick at Nite for the adults ! Cons: Occasionally it says c.r.a.p. on Hey Arnold! but other than that it's A.O.K. 100 and 10% !!!!!!!!
Alright ... There is absolutely no one in my entire household who doesn't know what Nickelodeon is . For one Nick makes tv a whole lot easier to control with shows like Howard Stern , and Loveline on during the day because most of the children in our...
