Pros: Some new shows, and many older shows Cons: Everything esle
I am a 13 year old kid and I been with Nick for a long time. Back in the early 90's there were classic shows that will never be forgotton, Ren and Stimpy, Rock's modern life, Ahh real monsters, and a few more. But now nick is losing there tonch with...

Pros: Some holiday specials are really cute and enjoyable. Cons: Most shows are overrated and repetative.
No, it's not one of the old movie theatres that charge a nickel to get in. It's actually a children's channel that has many popular shows. I will be telling about the shows, Nickelodeon movies, and even a tidbit about Nickelodeon Magazine. Firstly,...

Pros: Wonder Years, MTM, Bob Newhart Cons: Partridge Family, Brady Bunch
First off, I know Nick is bipolar, so I want to make it clear that I’m reviewing Nick-at-Nite here. I don’t watch the channel’s children’s programming; I don’t even really know what they show anymore. No, what I want to talk about are the reruns....

Pros: Nick Jr. still creative, occasional re-runs Cons: Cliché Programming, other stations catching up with Nick
Back when the station was launched, Nickelodeon had some of the most creative and original (high quality I may add) of any station at the time. Cartoons like Ren and Stimpy, which tested just how far a cartoon would go, and Pete and Pete, which was one...

Pros: Good educational shows, good selection of older shows, some good cartoons. Cons: Cartoons for kids approx. 6-10 yrs. are generally not very wholesome entertainment.
If you are looking for a family station that actually has something for every member of the family, Nickelodeon is worth watching.......most of the time. Many "family" channels don't have much for us adults, but Nick At Nite is a blast for...

Pros: The early little kid shows like Blues Clues Cons: The other shows that they make have to be better.
When I was a kid, I watched Nickelodeon all the time because I liked the shows a lot. Now that my little brothers watch it, it seems like their shows are not becoming funny anymore and they do not have all the exciting game shows like they used to...

Pros: Great Possibilty of a line up Cons: Bad choices for their line up
About two years ago I started watching Nick At Nite religously! It was so great!!! Taxi, Mary Tyler Moore, Newhart, The Bob Newhart show and so much more. Since then Nick At Nite has went down hill, at least that's my opinion. They have taken away...

Pros: Great for younger crowds of children Cons: Doesn't capture attention of older crowd of children
I have four children and they watch this channel like clock work but mainly the youngest is who watches it and she's four years old. I love this channel as well but find once it's 2:00 pm the programming gets less of my children's attention and the thing...

Pros: Fun educational shows! Cons: It's all a marketing ploy!
I like Nick, I really do. Their pre-school shows in the morning entertain and educate, my four-year old son is really enjoying Dora the Explorer, and of course Blue's Clue's is still a favorite. Lately however, I find myself limiting it more and more due...

Pros: Nick-at-Nite, the place for TV hits and the station that spawned TV Land! Cons: The majority of the rest of their shows, which are aimed for children and seem as though they were written by them, and un-educated ones at that!
If Nickelodeon stuck to its 6:00 am to 9:00 pm lineup, I would loathe it. However, if Nickelodeon stuck to it's 9:00 pm through 6:00 am line-up, it would be one of my favorite stations on cable. Since they alter between these two line-ups, I am resorted...

Pros: MOSTLY kid friendly programs Cons: Some adult themes, some violent cartoons
I have viewed Nickelodeon several times with my 7 year old daughter. For the most part Nickelodeon is very entertaining and age appropriate, however, you have to watch out for some of those evening programs. After the Thornberries comes I love Lucy,...

Pros: Nick Jr. and Nick and Night Cons: Regular programming
Nickelodeon channel....there are good and bad things to discuss about this children's network. I personally am right on the fence when it comes to this channel.
First the good. There are many programs on this channel that are totally...

Pros: some good shows, fun for most ages, some education Cons: some SAD attempts at entertainment
I am on the fence about Nick and it’s shows. My kids are fairly young, but getting to the point where they have choices to their viewing selections. I let them pick a few shows each day to watch and or tape for later use, some of the shows they choose...

Pros: Nick still has some good shows. Cons: They are getting really boring and i don't know when the good shows are on.
Nick used to be really cool(Nick Jr. right now is good). Nick used to show all these cartoons which was awesome and there were just a few non-cartoon shows;everything was going good. But now,the show All That has gone from all right to all boring.Their...

Pros: It's Nickelodeon Cons: It's not the same ol' Nick you once knew
Whatever happened to those great shows that were on Nickelodeon? "Out of Control," "Double Dare," "Finders Keepers," and even more notable "You Can't Do That On Television" (with Alanis Morissette). What in the...
