Pros: This program is the crowning achievement of artistic vision in any medium in any time. Cons: There should be a 24-7 Gilligan's Island network.
What can I say about Gilligans Island that hasnt already been said? The premier artistic achievement of this century, Gilligans Island is an all-encompassing embodiment of the entire spectrum of human experience. A living ...

Pros: Great humor, good characters, usually good continuity in episodes Cons: The loss of Aunt Fran, the later changes in Vint and Naomi
Almost everyone has seen or at least heard of "Mama's Family". I have always claimed it as my favorite TV show. Do I think it was the best made? No. But I love it, and it's the one dearest to my (as a friend lovingly put it) cold wicked...

Pros: Great Saturday movies Cons: The rest of the week
If you don't watch sports, Saturday afternoons are the worst for TV viewing. From noon on, all you can find on those other channels is golf, baseball, basketballs, and yes, even soccer. What about the rest of us non-sports-minded folk? Well, we...

Pros: Station Does Have Family Programming Cons: This Short Series is Offensive and Totally Inappropriate for Children
I just viewed something absolutely so horrible this morning that I almost had a stroke.
Here it is 6:10 am on Sunday morning, and I am flipping the channels as I try to wake up.
I get to TBS and I see there are a pair of...

Pros: afternoon line up Cons: **********
TBS, Superstation, channel 247 on Direct TV. TBS is the channel that my TV stays on from 3:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. It is great for kids and full of laughs. If you like those reruns then you will love TBS. They show the shows that I watched growing up. ...

Pros: great shows Cons: none
I really like watching TBS the Superstation. One reason, is I can go back to my childhood and offer my two girls the option of watching my all-time favorite show when I was growing up, Little House on the Prairie. This show was a nightly staple in my...

Pros: Great programming for the whole family Cons: none
I absolutely love this station! I have watched different programs on TBS for years. It has pretty much always been a part of my cable packages & I am very glad of that.
I'm not sure if it is still on every Saturday morning any more,...

Pros: Star wrestlers like Hogan. Cons: Everything else.
Ever since the origin of TBS, pro-wrestling has been a staple of the network. With the resurgence of popularity of wrestling in 96 and 97, WCW was given a prime-time spot on Thursday nights to showcase great wrestling and major stars. Except for the...

Pros: Reruns of the great but not forgotten shows. A variety of movies. Cons: It's quite obvious that their preference of viewers is limited to those who are not overweight.
Are you offended if you are white and happen to be excellent at jump shots? Of course that's the title of the next hit movie TBS is due to air. With all of the promotion the movie is getting, I am surprised more are not aware of it.
TBS...

Pros: Usually good family programs Cons: WCW Follies
Usually TBS has some good family programming. I love all the reruns of Family Matters, Full House and those classic shows like Andy Griffith. My favorite is the Friday's 80s night. I can't get enough of some of my favorites growing up like 16 Candles,...

Pros: Great variety of shows form the past and present Cons: Nothing
First off, my deepest apologies for such a late submission on my TV write off. Please don't hate me too much. Hopefully, this will make up for my tardiness.
I am a couch potato. I admit it and am proud of it. If there is a TV in front of me,...

Pros: Variety and quality Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
Turner is a genius, and as long as he is alive and well, he will periodically create something that has an astronomical impact on whatever media it resides in. TBS is just one of these creations, and one of my favorites.
TBS has MLB, the NBA,...

Pros: Knowledgeable and witty Cons: None.
I'm really not a huge sports fan. As a matter of fact, the only sport I can really watch unless I have a favorite team that's playing is basketball. Every day, though, I have to do whatever I can to catch the Braves game, preferably on television but...
