    Cons: Appalling customer service, dysfunctional website.

    Pros: Airport facility, timetable, cabin staff attitude
    Cons: When things go wrong they have no idea how to react.

    Pros: On time. Never lost our luggage. Better leg rooms than most airlines.
    Cons: Food is not good. Not TV screen/entertainment system in front of your seat.

    Pros: Cheap enough flight, and we didn't crash. Food was edible, but not enjoyable.
    Cons: Always late. Disregard for customer satisfaction. Old planes, deplorable conditions.

    Pros: Cheap ticket price. Pretty good movies played. Food okay, nothing superb.

    Pros: Friendly, understanding but poorly trained flight attendants.
    Cons: Domestic have no knowledge of International. Rude inaffective Manager(s). Bad Aircraft/food/seats.
