Pros: The staff are extremely helpful, the food is excellent, the entertainment facilities are good also.
Cons: The price is really relatively high, all staff are not always helpful.

Cons: unprofessional untrustworthy phone support, bad cancellation and change policies, no mileage points for cheap flights
