Pros: Fastest Connections, Punctual Cons: Un-friendly Crew, Bad Food, Rude Service
Tell me dear people, what does it take to Smile. That is the least you expect of a Crew member on a long-haul flight, a smile that says Welcome, a smile and a nod that says, Hey, I understand your difficulties. I have flown Lufthansa on ORD-FRA-BOM ...

Pros: Friendly polite staff. Good food and nice, clean comfortable seats / cabins. Cons: Security at Frankfurt Airport can be a long unpleasant process if weather delays.
I flew on Lufthansa from Geneva, Switzerland to Larnaca, Cyprus via Frankfurt. Geneva to Frankfurt is a short 45 minute flight and on to Cyprus is close to 4 hours. Check in in Geneva was fast and in Cyprus on the return we waited about 20 minutes ...

Pros: It got me there Cons: Very cramped; stupid, restrictive rules; cold, unhelpful staff.
This review relates to a series of internal Eurpoean flights I took in late 2005, and is mainly directed at US readers. I take a lot of flights in the US on regional jets - especially American Eagle and Horizon, so I know what is possible ! But ...

Pros: Excellent food, cheaper than others Cons: Unattentive and unfriendly staff, no at-seat TV
I flew over the Christmas period to LAX from London via Frankfurt as it was one of the cheapest deals I could find at that time of year. The short commuter flight from London to Frankfurt was uneventful, with a swift and (as you would imagine) efficien ...

Pros: Efficient. Cons: Vile food, sardine-like experience, poor value for money.
(note: LHR = London Heathrow Airport, MUC = Munich Airport) On a business class flight from LHR - MUC with Lufthansa I have to say I was left extremely unimpressed. Check in at LHR was at Terminal 2, which is not my favourite terminal there at all. ...

Pros: clean planes, free alcoholic drinks Cons: ridiculous leg space, extremely unorganized as an airline during the boarding
I have flown Lufthansa yesterday from FRA to DFW (Frankfurt to Dallas/Ft. Worth) and I must say that it was a 2nd worst experience that I ever had with an airline. (I annually fly close to 50,000 miles). The worst thing that I've encountered were the ...
