Cons: everything. unsatisfactory service and aircraft overall.

the flights were terrible. the check in staff never smile and never gave seats requested. food was tasteless and small in quantity. cabin crew didn't smile or be polite. hardly any leg rest space. flight stopped at more stops than printed on ticket. no in flight entertainment. Flights are always delayed. toilets dirty not well maintained

My experience of them was of being treated with contempt.

I recently had the misfortune to have a flight booked with Gulf Air, travelling Kuala Lumpur to London via Bahrain. They delayed me in Bahrain by 18 hours. Staff on the ground were unhelpful and rude. They refused to pay for a taxi, and took three hours to get me to the accomodation which was 15 minutes from the airport. The place that they gave me was not even a one star hotel, but a room in a run-down appartment block. There was no restaurant. Sheets were stained, bathrooms dirty. Returning to the airport the next day, I got more of the same unhelpful behaviour from them. They have refused to give me informatuion which would clarify their behaviour. I am now going to sue them. My suggestion is to use any other airline to avoid them.
