Spent a good 8 hours at the brand new Casablanca terminal (all the charm of a high school gymnasium) in December, waiting for our return flight to London. The problem may well have been fog at Heathrow but getting a response, even an acknowledgment ,from one of the ground staff was all but impossible. "We don't know sir" was the standard reply.

No announcements, no information. Passengers wandering all over the place with no idea if they would get on a plane or not. I can't imagine the King gets this sort of treatment.
