Had the worst travelling experience by Saudi Arabian Airline. I was travelling with my wife and three kids from Riyadh to JFK. The ticket counter staff was totally ignorant and callously indifferent. The agent refused to honor our confirmed seats made by Saudi airline staff in New York and insisted that we purchase new one way ticket back to JFK, if were to return home. No regard for the woman and kids, who suffered this humiliating experience with me.
Totally aweful airline with totally ignorant staff, which will not work without "wasta" or connections.

A filthy country with bedouin mentality, living in the dark ages.
