    Pros: The flight was smooth, the pilots were nice and they service good locations.
    Cons: You know how Nordstrom has great customer service? Yeah. It's the opposite of that.

    Pros: There really aren't any pros except that I'm glad they offer service where I live.
    Cons: The planes are old and the prices are terrible.
