Pros: Friendly crew members
Cons: VERY unorganized in Phoenix
The staff members are friendly, check-in is quick and easy, and the ticket prices are very reasonable. BUT...I've never flown an airline that is sooo unorganized at their hub. In this case, that's Phoenix.
