Pros: AA Pilot held it together under obviously stressful conditions.
Cons: No room compensation, poor food svc, downgraded jet, no compensation and lost luggage

Cons: flight cancelled, a rude flight attendant on return trip

Pros: Personal TV's, comfy seats and decent food. Check out aa.com for many good deals.
Cons: Crew and ground personnel seem unattentive at times, if flying Economy, don't expect too much.
