    Pros: Miles don't expire, "cheap" international flights, easy to book.

    Pros: None.  The worst airline-loyalty program I've ever joined and  nearly worthless from Chicago.
    Cons: Terrible program.  Most miles flights unavailable, sky-high costs and preposterous routings.

    Pros: They give away a lot of miles traveling certain routes, getting a credit card, etc.
    Cons: Very limited low-level availability--especially international
    Delta's website--terrible!
    Huge fees for change on award tickets
