Horrible! Read and beware

Pros: none Cons: Poor service, poor attitude, trying to rip you off!
We booked tickets to Florida and got an email notice our flight is cancelled and must take a later flight. We have an infant and wished to get home earlier. This is why we booked the return flight in the early afternoon.We now have to change our car rental reservation and prolong hotel stay and we wanted to know what the airline do for us. After exploring the only option of must accepting a later flight, we asked for compensation and the airline said read the fine lines that we can charge you $100 dollars for changes but we can change whenever we like. Got hang up, had to call back twice, wait for half an hour at 8am to get the answer to our second question. We asked since we have extra leg room seats on return flight but sitting opposite in ail seats could they move one seat so we can sit next to each other.The answer it costs $25 dollars to move our seats bc its extra leg room seat but we already have them and why are we being charged.Answer b/c computer does it and absolutely make sense to the rep that we are charged!!

Jet Blue crewmwmber less than cordial

Pros: good plane, good flight Cons: crew members were rude and pushy
Plane was great, flight was great. One problem. I could not get the safety belt to close. The flight attendant came by and asked me to buckle up. I left it on my lap. She came back and threatened to call her supervisor if I did not buckle up. I left the seat belt on my lap, as I could not answer the by now irate crew member. She passed by me again, yelled at me and then called her superior, who threatened to call the on-board armed Marshall if I did not buckle up. I asked her to come closer (I was seated in the window seat), and explained that the seat belt was not long enough. She went away, came back with an extension and almost flung it at me saying "USE THIS". The harrassment embarrased me and ruined my flight.
All I can say is, this would NEVER happen on American.

Cheap and rude phone reservationists

Pros: cheap (but is that really a good thing?) Cons: rude staff no meal service small planes stuffy conditions in plane robot-like phone representatitive
JetBlue does a wonderful job at ensuring that the process of booking a reservation be an arduous and time consuming process. From the 'computer delays' it seems that they are using a an IBM Computer from 1994. I do not recommend JetBlue if you prefer polite customer service.

Should Be Jet Blues

Pros: cheap and i mean cheap. Even the seats are cheap. Cons: On time record really bad
These guys are the worst at on time departures and arrivals. my 4:30 out of Boston to JFK left at 9:15 due to delays but the 7 out of Boston left at 8:30. Go figure that. called to complain because I missed an international flight as a result and they told me to go pound sand

Pros: lots of Leg space Cons: rest room inside was a little small and little unclean.
There was lots of leg space ,the service was very good and luggages were tagged to avoid getting mixed up .

jet blue is terrible

Pros: it got me to where i wanted..... with 3 connections Cons: everything, bad service, irresponsible, lazy. Wont even accept they lost my bags
this airline is terrible. Way too expensive for the troubles/ sevices provided. its cramped and the people are not helpful. They lost my bags and claimed it wasnt their responsibilty to get them on the plane. And i had a 2 hour layover so they had no reason not to put them on the next plane. Then they took 5 days to ship them. And i live one state away from where they were. DO NOT use this air line if you want an enjoyable vaction or flight. I went from CT to Louisana. I had 3 connecting flights and all were delayed.. not because of weather.. because of lazy pilots.. the plane was at the airport the whole time.. and there were no mechanical problems. This airline is honestly the worst ive ever been on. When they finally devilered my bag, almost all valueables were broken inside, and they will not replace them.

Pros: Directv, Free Snacks, Roomy Seats, Easy Booking, Consistently good service Cons: Limited destinations out of Newark.
Have flown Jetblue exclusively for 1 year. I typically fly from Newark to Ft. Lauderdale direct. I've never had any problems or issues, very few minor delays and very consistent service. Very freindly and helpful staff from check-in to flight crew. Plenty of staff at check-in that can direct you to the appropriate counter. Deep bins for stowing your carry-on luggage. Online booking is easy and the trueblue program is easy to navigate. I'm due a free trip after my next flight! The free snacks and drinks along with directv and XM radio make for a very comfortable flight. If you want to read, it's very quiet on board because everybody is watching or listening to something on the headphones. The seats are roomy with a nice recline and are all leather. Will continue to be a jetblue flier.

I was worried flying JETBLUE but..............

Pros: They name what you can choose for snacks in a snack menu. TV&Price Cons: ? I felt my trip was excellent!!!
After reading the latest reviews,I was worried about flying on JetBlue.The reviews were so Neg. for the past few years that it really scared me. I was wrong maybe some people had bad expereinces but I didn't. Yes,the snacks were even great you had a choice of cookies,etc. also different things coffee,water and different tonic &juice.You would tell the stewardess what you would like first (you could have as much as you wanted).There was always a Stewardess nearby if you had a problem. The best thing that made the time go by was the tv that played Music and Programs there was a tv on the back of every seat.I would recommend JetBlue to everyone it's a Great Airline! I flew from Boston to Palm Beach and plan on flying JetBlue back to Boston.
