Pros: TV at every seat, new planes, friendly FAs Cons: thin route network
I live in the Washington DC area and recently took JB to Ft Lauderdale. There is nothing like watching live CNBC for a business traveler. Add in the fact that this discount airline flies new planes, not Nixon admin relics, and I was sold. The only...

Pros: Nice flight crew, yummy snacks, tv too! Cons: None! Had a great experience!
I travel once per month, and typically, I go where the bargains are. On a recent trip of mine, JetBlue had the cheapest airfare that I had found, so I booked my travel with them online. I am a stickler for which seat I get on an airplane. I hate ...

Pros: I honestly cannot credit Jet blue with anything positive on this disaster. Cons: Everything about this horrific experience with Jet Blue falls in the Con area.
Loved Jet Blue till this recent fiasco. Family had reservations to return from Ft. Lauderdale Florida to JFK and LGA airports on 2/14/07. There was some snow in New York (mind you a few inches of snow NOT a snowstorm) and jet blue totally lost it. ...

Pros: Nice aircraft Cons: TrueBlue Awards program, Customer Service department, BLACKOUT DATES, AWARDS EXPIRE, Hidden costs!
Folks, the JetBlue honeymoon is officially OVER. I've worked in the airport environment for almost ten years, so believe me when I tell you- JetBlue is just like every other airline. I was one of their early followers, and hey, what's not to like? ...

Pros: Ability to get tickets for the same price whenever you buy them. Cons: Limited amount of airports and destinations, they plan to extend later.
I've traveled often on JetBlue. They are a low frills airline, but their fares from New York to Florida are great. What I like about them, is that their fares do not, if at all change depending on when you purchase your flight. The satellite TV is ...

Pros: DirecTV, XM, onboard service, snacks, new planes Cons: JFK - air traffic, old, narrow terminal, bordering on rude JFK agents
I have flown Jet Blue two times now, for a total of four flights. Each time I've had the unfortunate experience of making a connection at JFK. JFK - some would say all of New York City - is another world. First off, the air traffic control congestion ...

Pros: The best domestic airline out there Cons: limited destinations
Having endured countless hours of delays and lost baggage via the regular carriers in the skies, it is refreshing to find an airline that actually works. While I, too, have heard the news about the passengers stuck on the runway, this review is about my ...

Pros: Fast simple on-line booking. Ability to change seats once booked. Excellant customer service. Cons: None
I began searching for a one way flight from southern California to Washington D.C. several days before my travel date of July 5, 2007. At the beginning of my search, I had checked out Jet Blue's offers. Their fares were the same as the other airlines ...

Pros: SPACIOUS, LEATHER SEATS, DIRECTTV, FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL FLIGHT STAFF, COMPETITIVE PRICING. Cons: NEEDS TO OFFER MORE FLIGHTS TO MORE CITIES.
Being a frequent business traveler I have been on many a flight! Overall I don't like to fly, and it's not from fear, it because of the airlines. Then one day I had a family emergency and I had to purchase a round trip ticket from Charlotte to NY for a ...

Pros: cheap Cons: you (don't even!) get what you pay for
On December 9th, I wrote the following letter to the JetBlue Airways complaint department. The names have not been changed-- there are no innocent parties. The letter says it all:

Pros: Comfortable seating, love the personal TV, pleasant professional staff, good pricing most of the time. Cons: Not enough promos that fit my needs.
It had been many many years since I've flown. I dread flying & must admit although JetBlue makes it easier, I still dig my nails into my husband's arm each & every flight! Because of a career change, in the last few years, I've been ...
