Pros: Wide seats, excellent service, no long lines at check in. Free champagne and tasty food Cons: Legroom could be a little more generous. Not as many destination choices as other airlines
As a large person I am quite pleased with my experience on Midwest express. Two people my size could have sat side by side and never touched each other. The armrests were wide, as were the seats. Seats were also comfortable, even in the upright position....

Pros: At least your Midwest Miles can now be used on Northwest routes. Cons: Everything that was special about the airline is gone.
Since Midwest airlines was bought out by Northwest last year they discontinued their, "Signature Service", which was the best thing they had going. It was all first class seating on select routes. I LOVED it. It's long gone now. They ripped out those ...

Pros: Wide seats, Real food on Real China, Competent and people oriented Employees Cons: The price of flying with Midwest Express can be high
I consider myself a seasoned, if infrequent flier, but for my money no other even comes close to Midwest Express Airlines for comfort, meals and overall pampering. The main reason I booked with an unknown airline was because they offered the ...

Pros: Great food, lots of space--comfortable. Cons: I'd fly it everywhere if I could--but destinations and flights are limited.
I fly at least once a year from LAX to Milwaukee, for the past 7 years. It is a flight I look forward to because of the airline!
The price is average coach fares, but the whole plane is business-class, with wide seats, two to each side of a...

Pros: Great food and service Cons: Doesn't travel to that many cities.
When I first boarded a Midwest Express plane, I knew that there was something special about this airline. They automatically asked me if they could hang my coat and store my luggage for me. I sat down in the big, roomy leather chairs and felt like I was ...

Pros: Direct flight; we didn't crash. Cons: Dirty pleather; horrible breakfast.
I wish I knew what everybody else ate on these Midwest Express flights, but our food was awful! Who has ever heard of putting whipped cream and cherry topping on pancakes BEFORE heating. How disgusting. The dirty seats probably would've tasted better....

Pros: Leg room, seat width, friendly Cons: none
My wife and I loved our first flight on Midwest Express. We have flown Delta and American and this is by far the best exprience we have had. The seat room is worth everything. We have not flown first class but these are the biggest seats I have ever...

Pros: Excellent service, and professional. Cons: Service limited to few cities.
In a time when travel has become almost painfully difficult, with service being sacrificed by nearly every airline, Midwest Express stands out as different! This airline is my absolute favorite. The biggest reason that I love this airline is that I am...

Pros: Cookies Cons: Not family friendly
Our family of three were assigned three different seats that were seperated by several rows, including the seat for our 4-yr old. No attempt at all by ground staff or cabin staff to help at least one parent sit with our daughter. Typical response was, ...

Pros: NONE Cons: EVERYTHING
I recently booked a flight on Midwest from Kansas City to Laguardia. I can't even remember all the problems, here's a list- 1) Flight took off 45 minutes late 2) Flight was diverted to Philadelphia after circling airport for 2 hours 3) Took 2 ...

Pros: Chocolate Chip Cookies
Price Cons: Delayed Flights
Horrible Luggage Service
Poor customer service (outside of the flight experience)
Never mind the hours of flight delay in Milwaukee, my luggage didn't show up in St. Louis when I finally did. In a five day trip, my luggage arrived after two days and many phone calls. It was promised that it would be delivered to my parents house, then ...

Pros: Everything. Cons: Sometimes you will have to use another airline.
Midwest Express is my first choice ever since my first flight from Kansas City to Washington D.C. The seats are wide, like first class. The food is great, especially breakfast which was delicious and filling. They also serve complimentary...

Pros: Comfort, meals, beverages, small hubs Cons: relatively small network of cities served
I've never flown First Class in the U.S., but my brother-in-law, who has, tells me flying Midwest Express is equivalent to it, and I believe him. Seating on their single-class jets is two-and-two, on big leather seats, with lots of leg room. A meal is...
