Pros: Seems to have improved lately.
Cons: They have given me a few horrible flights; are unfriendly, and they don’t sell sandwiches.

Pros: The only advantage is offerring more straight through flights

Cons: Severe Frustration. Delayed flights, missed work, lost time.
