Where to begin. They involuntarily changed outbound flight by 6 hours (turning it into a red eye) on 3 days notice. Changed return flight by 10 hours, never bothered to call or notify us. On top of that, then cancelled outbound flight at airport, stated that they could not get us on another home 'til two days later. Refused to attempt to put us on another airline. Gate agent lied and said none were available (they were). Only offer was a nearby cheap motel for 2 days and ~$20/day for meal vouchers. We ended up giving up altogether and paying through the nose for walk-up ticket on "real" airline (American) to find our own way back. Wouldn't try Pan Am again if the ticket was free AND you paid me.
