Pros: Eventually arrived at all destinations or nearby destinations on redirected flights.
Cons: Disorganized flight plans, poor communication by employees, and ridiculously bad service.

Pros: Many routes t UA's planes work and fly.
Cons: DIrtyold planes, broken seats,lamps, delayed/cancelled flights, overbooked, and many mechanical problems.
