Pros: Sympathetic counter agent who was brave enough to speak up about United's staffing practice. Cons: Being treated like a head of cattle.

Pros: Economical, regular flights to many places, economy plus is relatively cheap to upgrade Cons: Almost everything from Minneapolis routes through O'hare in Chicago, which can be a nightmare.

Pros: They have so many flights available they're hard to boycott. Cons: Non-service attitude, late flights, surly staff, arrogant flight attendants, "take-it-or-leave-it" attitude, dirty, uncomfortable, worn jets.
