Pros: Mostly inclusive vacation experience that rivals customer service found at Disney. Cons: Sometimes the drive for the "backend sale" items is a little over-bearing.

Pros: They have so much to do. The crew is nice, The excursions are great. Cons: Well, the excursions aren't always fairly priced, and they could improve on cleaning.
