Review Topic: Overview
I was travelling back to my home country from a short business trip to US. I started from Los Angeles. I had 12 hours gap for the next flight from Kuala Lumpur.
We arrived here with great expectations which unfortunately were put to bed fairly quickly. Navigating the airport was like walking about a maze. Signs were misleading and conflicting. The city itself was generally bland with a few historical buildings intact and by no means was it a Tokyo or Singapore. The food was decent enough, but I think I had much better quality and variety in neighboring countries. The nightlife seemed promising, but after 30 mins or so of walking around, we deemed it prudent to return to the safety of our hotel.
