Pros: Very nice city. You can also take a day trip to Salzburg, Austria.
Cons: The shopping can be pricey.

Pros: Beautiful architecture, museums, castles and palaces to see!
Cons: The tour to Neuschwanstein Castle is very disappointing; not much seen; overcrowded!!
Summary: We just left Munich and spent 10 glorious days there. The clock tower goes off twice a day and it's a must to see. The Residence Museum is a must for renaissance paintings and decorative art, sculptures and beauty.
