Pros: Sensual experience-a place to veg out and take in Cons: You don't want to leave-take along beach shoes-that rocks on the beach are killers!
I have been to Europe many times. Italy twice. Positano is a vacation experience. The people there are as beautiful as the Amalfi Drive. The women are dressed in flowing italian silks,wearing little or no make up that isn't needed to accentuate their high cheekbones and natural, strong noses. I'm surprised that Hollywood directors don't make a annual trek to see about casting some of the locals for a film. I felt like a stiff in my Ralph Lauren Golf blouse, to say the least. The food is too die for. Stuffed Zucchini flowers at Chez Black for lunch was part of the day of the many friendly American, English, Australian tourists you have the pleasure of meeting. Limoncello is a complimentary drink served after dinner at most of the establishments. You should consider buying a bottle to take home
