Pros: wonders of nature: Huge Falls, black squirrels Cons: Huge crowds, bad food, see it once...that's enough
October, the beginning of the lovely fall season. My lovey-dovey and I wanted to go on a short trip to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. Not a lot of moola did we have, so we looked into something obtainable by automobile and relatively...

Pros: Fantastic Views Cons: Takes some time to cross the border
Even if your kids are young, Niagara Falls can be a wonderful vacation. We took our nine, six and four year old and they loved it. A joy to look at and explore and very educational.
We did the MasterPass thing. Very affordable for the family....

Pros: Great sight, some interesting activities to do nearby Cons: Over-developed and over-commercialized
It is understandable why Niagra Falls is one of the world's most popular tourist destinations. It is rare for such a spectacular natural sight to be readily accessible, being located near both Buffalo and Toronto.
However, the spectacular...

Pros: suitable for all ages and budgets Cons: not good if it rains! majority of things are outdoors.
IF you have not been to Niagara Falls then this is a must see. You will be taken in with its beauty. Living only an hour away has allowed me to make frequent visits. There is something to do for everyone!
For the brave and adventure...

Pros: The view is amazing, and boat ride through the waterfall was fun. Cons: It can get a little chilly in the winter, and you can't explore the whole place without a passport because it's partly in Canada
I've been to Niagara Falls in the summer and winter. You can get there from New York or Canada. You need to bring your passport to go see the whole place. There's more than one waterfall. I went to Horseshoe Falls too! The view from the Prospect Point is...

Pros: Price, beauty Cons: Busy on weekends
Ok, I admit, the beauty is not limited to summer...imagine this though. Standing in front of the magestic and infamous Niagara Falls, closing your eyes, hearing the roar and feeling a light mist wash over your face. Summertime at it's best! ...

Pros: Nature at its best Cons: Lots of people, incredible cold in the winter
As a kid, I loved to read anything I could get my hands on. Fortunately, my parents made sure the books we read were educational. So at an early age, I read about Niagara Falls. I imagined what it would be like to stand there, in front of the Falls....

Pros: many options to view the falls, amazing scenery. Cons: very crowded. Expensive prices.
We visited Niagara Falls on the Canadian side of the falls. So if your visiting on that side make sure you have your passports, its still a good idea to at least have your ID if your staying on the New York side just because it is so close to the ...

Pros: Falls are absolutely beautiful!! Cons: Some attractions not open.
We found November to be an excellent time to visit Niagara Falls and the surrounding countryside. Although not all attractions are open, there are fewer tourists and no waiting lines for the open attractions and restaurants. Hotel rates are also cheaper...

Pros: The best side to see the FALLS. Cons: Very little.
The CANADIAN side of the FALLS is the best side. It has so much more to do i feel bad for the AMERICAN side. They have gardens all around the FALLS and it is so clean and well kept. The exchange rate makes this side very cheap compared to the AMERICAN...

Grand Canyon and Niagara Falls is the best place to visit. I loved both of the places, but I liked Niagara Falls better. I stayed two days in there. I went to Canada side to watch the falls, cause it is better. (When you visit, go to Canada and...

Three years ago my sixth grade class went to Niagara Falls as a class trip. We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time although the same resturaunt every night of the week did get a little tiring. The falls themselves are the most majestic thing my...
