Pros: Unique, stunning beauty, desolate, surreal Cons: Expensive, not much infrastructure, most products to buy not importable to the US.

Pros: Fresh air, nice people, beautiful nature Cons: High price level

Pros: Beautiful, "unspoiled" Cons: Difficult to get around with a ship, expensive
Greenland is a magnificent place, from the glacier extending down into the fjords to the windblown tundra. I hadn't thought about going to Greenland but a friend of mine got a job on an "expedition cruise" ship and so I got a discounted fare....
