Pros: Beach was relaxing and quiet; snorkeling good; crystal clear. was better Lockers no charge. Cons: No cameras allowed in dolphin area; outrageous costs for theirs.
Summary: Our 10 yr old enjoyed the dolphin swim ($100) and the snorkeling was ok by the beach afterwards. Life vests are available free to borrow with your ID card, which they keep until the vest is returned. What we found to be a total rip off were the charges ... read more

Pros: Clean changing areas and bathrooms.Friendly staff! Cons: Dirty Water!Need to leave a driver's license to obtain a life vest.

Pros: unexpensive beautiful turquoise water chichen itza visit only for an extra 150$ per person Cons: bad costal snorkeling harrased by sellers all the time mexican food is very bad

Pros: Diving was great. The local people were great. Price were reasonable. Cons: Just make sure you stay in the right resort.

Pros: Beaches and clear water. Occidental Grand and the Allegro Blue Waters have the best beaches. Cons: Jelly fish bites when snorkeling. Can get windy at times.

Pros: Resort is compact and intimate. Service was great and always with a smile. Cons: Do NOT get the ribs at the Steak Restaurant (other steaks great). Beds are hard.
