    Pros: Reasonably safe (but crime rate is rapidly increasing)
    Nice weather
    Beautiful beaches
    Good public transport
    Cons:
    Authoritarian.
    Laws.
    Expensive.
    Racism.
    Can be too hot for some.
    Nothing to do.
    Nowhere to go.
