I've been to this show 3 times over the past 10 years and have never been disappointed. I know Shoji gets lots of press -- and he earns it. If you miss Shoji you will miss the best show in town.
Pros: Great entertainment, fun for the whole family! Cons: traffic

Pros: Great for the family, tons to do. Cons: Getting there!
We traveled to Branson in early June. This is a really good time to go, there is a lot less congestion, as it is not their "peak" season. This is one of the best places to take a family. There is a large water park, tons of mini-golf, bumper...
Pros: Very scenic ride and plenty of activities Cons: Needs to keep the show schedules updated
My first visit to Branson was both adventurous and disappointing. There is a large selection of shows to see. Some are great some are not as good. I did some research on the internet before we left for Branson and found a site that allows you to...
Pros: helicopter rides, many great sites to see Cons: expensive
I have been to Branson, Mo one time back in 1997. We went there on the way home from Kansas. I would have liked to see more of what the city had to offer, but we were on a time restriction and only got to do certain things. We did, however, manage to...

This show is made up of water fountains shooting an array of patterns coreographed to music and light. It's an interesting concept and looks like something you would expect in the 50s. And the show was interesting for about 15 minutes. After that...

Pros: "Ride The Ducks" & Silver Dollar City are excellent, other good attractions. Cons: TRAFFIC!

Breaking Up Is Hard To Do at Branson Star Theatre by henryfarkas ,Nov 22 '08
Pros: Funny, good music, good dancing, great csst. Cons: It's in Branson, Missouri which is pretty far from almost anywhere else.
My wife and I went to see the show, "Breaking Up Is Hard To Do" at the Branson Star Theatre. It's a musical comedy featuring the songs of Neil Sedaka. It's an amusing situation. A bride gets deserted at the alter, and her best female friend convinces her that she and the bride should go on the honeymoon anyway. This isn't a spoiler. You find this out in the first five minutes. Anyway, they go to a hotel in the Catskills for the Labor Day weekend, and amusing things happen. There are plenty of laughs, the songs are great, and the cast is quite talented at comedy, singing, and dancing. My wife and I enjoyed the show a lot. We recommend it. And it cost about half what a similar musical comedy ticket would cost in any big city. Branson is pretty far from almost anywhere, but it's worth the trip. There are 100 theaters in town, and lots of entertainment. It's like Las Vegas without the gambling, and the entertainment, unlike Las Vegas, is fit for family viewing.
